Refund Policy

10 Day NLP Practitioner Workshop

The 10 Day NLP Practitioner Workshop includes the stated 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If, within seven days of receiving access, you believe the workshop has not delivered double the value of your payment, you may email us to request a refund.

Your request must identify the purchaser and the email address used at checkout so we can verify the purchase and respond promptly.

Neuro-Coaching Launchpad

The Neuro-Coaching Launchpad is a scheduled live workshop with limited-time access tied to a specific session. Unless the offer or checkout page expressly states otherwise, registrations are non-refundable once purchased. If Neurobiz cancels the workshop and does not provide a suitable replacement date, registered participants will be offered a refund of the amount paid.

Missed sessions and technical issues

Missing a live session, arriving late, or being unable to attend because of a participant-side internet, device, or scheduling issue does not automatically qualify for a refund. Recording availability, if any, is governed by the relevant offer page.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

If you believe you were charged more than once or the amount differs from the checkout confirmation, contact us with the transaction details. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected.

How to request a refund

Send your request from the email address used for purchase and include your name, program name, payment date, and transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
